Privacy Policy

PalmDesk ("PalmDesk", "we", "us") is a ticketing and work order platform operated by Bloo Beach. This policy explains what we collect on this marketing site (palmdesk.me) and in the PalmDesk product (dashboard.palmdesk.me and related apps), and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign up: your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash — we never see or store the plain text).
- Service data. Tickets, work orders, client records, notes, and files your team creates in PalmDesk. This data belongs to you — we process it only to provide the service.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data. On this marketing site we record anonymous, cookieless page views (page path and referrer). With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (session replays, heatmaps). Clarity only loads if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't use your service data (tickets, clients, work orders) for advertising.
- We don't load analytics cookies before you consent.
Who we share data with
We use a small set of processors to run PalmDesk:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Vercel — hosting for this website.
- Microsoft Clarity — optional site analytics, only after consent.
Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
Your service data stays in your account for as long as your account exists. If your trial or subscription ends, your data is retained in read-only mode so you can pick up where you left off. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar data-protection laws, these rights are guaranteed by law — but we honor them for everyone. Contact us at palmdesk@bloobeach.com.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies by default. One optional analytics tool (Microsoft Clarity) sets cookies only if you accept the consent banner. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser — the banner will ask again. The PalmDesk app uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes affecting product users, notify you by email.
